The Road Safety and Other Acts (Vehicle Impoundment and Other Acts) Amendment Act 2005 (Vic 93/2005) - or RSAA 2005 is now enforceable by law, as it has passed both houses of legislature in the colony of Victoria; and has recieved the righful assent of Her Majesty Elizabeth R.

Hereforth shall it be known that any breach of this Act of Parliament shall be viewed as a wilful

ACT OF TREASON.

(Well, not really - but I couldn't resist)

You will however be punished under the appropriate sections under the RSAA 2005.
